This Week at SCG

In 2001, SeaCoast Church of Seal Beach and Grace Church of Cypress came together to form SeaCoast Grace Church. Today, as a Christ-centered church with weekend attendance nearing 3,500 people, we continue to invite everyone to experience God and to realize change - no matter where they might be on their spiritual journey.

In 2006 alone, we had more than 500 first-time guests. One hundred twenty-five people were baptized after attending our First Steps and Next Steps seminars, and hundreds more made the decision to "come home"-- some for the first time, and some after a long absence -- during our "Down & Dirty with Jesus" series several weeks ago.

We also reach out through an array of ministries that speaks to each person's unique needs. With 15 support and recovery ministries and scores of small groups, SeaCoast Grace makes a difference in the lives of a diverse range of people-- from cancer patients and victims of abuse to parents who have lost a child

We extend our reach beyond our walls through Royal Family Kids' Camps, and the nation's leading network of camps for abused, neglected and abandoned children -- as well as Heart of the City, a local ministry that distributes food and clothing to those in need. We also have a heart for Africa, raising more than $350,000 to transform parts of Uganda both physically and spiritually.

SeaCoast Grace has a history of responding to God's call to enable people to experience change. Our church is filled with people who have stories about how God rescued them, how he healed their brokenness, and how he connected them to others in our church family. The More Seats, More Stories stewardship campaign will allow us to continue the trend.
